I find browsing some of the old photos to be kind of sad, almost heartbreaking because along with the passing of many of those first generation masters of audio/acoustic engineering went a level of pride that is largely lacking in the manufacturing world today.
It seems the emphasis was almost entirely on producing a better product. While generating a profit was important, it seems to have remained at least secondary.
Not all vegetables make good leaders.
